We take great pride in our homemade bread, crafted with stone-ground wheat from historic mills in the valley.
This traditional milling process preserves the wheat’s nutrients and full flavor, resulting in bread with a unique taste and perfect texture to complement every meal.

Experience an unforgettable evening: reach the restaurant aboard a vintage military snowcat, traveling through snowy woods and enchanting Alpine scenery.
